License grant
After a successful purchase, Wavy Clique Entertainment LLC grants the individual purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the purchased edition for the purchaser's own education and the operation of the purchaser's own artist career or artist business. The files are licensed, not sold. Copyright and all ungranted rights are reserved.
What you may do
- Use the files on devices under your control.
- Keep one lawful backup copy.
- Complete, edit, and adapt worksheets, plans, prompts, and strategy outputs for your own artist project.
- Use your original inputs and completed strategy commercially for your own artist business, subject to third-party rights.
- Share a limited completed output with a contractor only when reasonably necessary to perform your plan.
Contractor boundary
A contractor may receive only the completed output needed for the assigned work. The contractor may not receive the full archive, reusable blank templates, private download link, or a right to reuse the materials for another client. The purchaser remains responsible for the contractor's handling.
What you may not do
- Share, publish, upload, distribute, lend, rent, sell, sublicense, or make the archive or blank templates available to another person.
- Post the material in a shared workspace, course library, membership, drive, forum, repository, or model context accessible by others.
- Create a competing template, course, prompt pack, dataset, benchmark, or model-training corpus from the material.
- Remove rights notices or present the seller's framework, copy, or examples as your original work.
- Use a private download link after refund or entitlement revocation.
- Provide access to multiple team members without a separately approved team license.
Third-party rights
The license does not grant rights in collaborators' work, platform data, artist likenesses, music, trademarks, or third-party services. Raw third-party Marketing Intelligence Vault source PDFs are not included in the customer archive. The purchaser must obtain required rights independently.
Termination
The license ends for refunded material and may be terminated for a material breach that is not cured after reasonable notice when cure is possible. On termination, stop use and delete the files and backups.
