Seller and agreement
Total Artist Academy is operated by Wavy Clique Entertainment LLC, a California limited liability company. These terms govern one-time digital purchases from Total Artist Academy. By completing checkout, the purchaser agrees to these terms, the refund policy, the personal-use license, and the privacy policy.
The purchaser must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. The purchaser is responsible for accurate checkout information and for protecting order and download links.
Product, price, and payment
Total Artist Academy offers one Shopify product with three digital variants. The title, edition, price, currency, included files, and quantity shown at Shopify checkout control the purchase. Storefront examples or archived copy do not override checkout.
Each purchase is a one-time charge, not a subscription. Shopify and its payment providers process payment, tax, and order state. Delivery begins only after Shopify reports the required successful paid state. If confirmation is ambiguous, contact support instead of attempting a duplicate checkout.
Delivery and downloads
Big Digital Downloads maps the purchased SKU to one versioned archive. Each mapping permits five downloads. Delivery may appear in the Shopify confirmation flow and in an order-linked delivery message.
Download promptly, keep one lawful backup, and do not share a private link. Support will investigate a missing delivery, wrong SKU or file, damaged archive, exhausted allowance, or provider error using Shopify order truth and Big Digital Downloads entitlement truth. A resend does not expand the license.
Customer responsibilities
The purchaser must use the material within the personal-use license, maintain reasonable device and account security, avoid sharing the archive or private link, verify rights before using third-party AI or other services, and not use the materials unlawfully or to violate another person's rights.
Education, examples, and third parties
Total Artist Academy is educational material, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, medical, mental-health, employment, or other regulated professional advice. Examples illustrate a process and are not predictions. No release, audience, engagement, revenue, profit, funding, placement, deal, press result, or career outcome is guaranteed.
Shopify, Big Digital Downloads, optional software, and third-party AI tools are separate services. Their availability and terms may change. Raw third-party Marketing Intelligence Vault source PDFs are not part of the customer package.
Availability and corrections
The seller may correct typographical, technical, security, rights, or package errors; replace a file with a compatible corrected version; or suspend a feature when needed to protect customers or comply with law. Provider maintenance, security incidents, force majeure, or network failure may temporarily delay access.
Support and disputes
Contact contact@wavyclique.com with the order number, edition, filename, and exact issue—but never a password, private download URL, or payment credential.
These terms are governed by State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes may be brought in State and federal courts located in Orange County, California, subject to any non-waivable consumer venue or jurisdiction rights, except that non-waivable consumer rights and jurisdiction rules continue to apply. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class rights.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
