Total Artist Academy aims to provide a website and purchasing journey that remain usable across keyboard, pointer, touch, motion, zoom, contrast, and viewport needs. Accessibility is treated as an operating requirement rather than a visual preference.

- Keyboard-operable links, buttons, native disclosures, and visible focus treatment.
- Responsive layouts designed to avoid horizontal overflow from 320px through desktop widths.
- Reduced-motion support and no autoplay audio or video.
- Text alternatives for meaningful brand, instructor, and product imagery.
- Document previews that preserve important headings, tables, form fields, and page edges.
Digital documents
The editions include PDF and, depending on tier, editable workbook or document formats. If a purchased file creates an access barrier, contact support with the order number, edition, filename, device, application, and exact issue so an available accessible path can be investigated.

Email contact@wavyclique.com with the page or file, the barrier encountered, the assistive technology or browser when relevant, and the preferred contact method. Do not include payment credentials or a private download URL.
Response target
Accessibility requests follow the standard 2 business days initial response target. A barrier preventing access to a paid delivery follows the 1 business day delivery-blocker target. These are response targets, not guaranteed resolution times.
