Launch boundary
The Total Artist Academy website does not accept customer file uploads and does not provide embedded bespoke AI strategy generation. No on-site feature sends customer inputs to an AI model at launch.
Optional third-party AI
Campaign Architect may include customer-safe prompts, indexes, or instructions. A purchaser may choose to enter a prompt or original material into a third-party AI service. That provider—not Total Artist Academy—controls its account, processing, retention, training, and output terms.
Safe-use expectations
- Review the third party's terms and privacy practices before use.
- Do not submit confidential information, unnecessary personal data, payment credentials, private download links, unreleased assets you do not control, or third-party material without permission.
- Review and substantiate every output, claim, audience, budget, rights assertion, and recommendation before use.
- Do not treat AI output as professional advice or a guaranteed result.
Limitations
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, derivative, unsafe, or unavailable. The purchaser remains responsible for independent judgment, rights clearance, compliance, and every decision made from an output.
Before any future on-site AI feature
A future upload or AI-processing feature requires a new data-flow inventory, processor disclosure, retention and deletion rule, consent or other lawful basis, security test, customer-facing notice, and updated public terms before collection begins.
